INGREDIENTS FOR Easy CHOcolate milk shake recipe
- Raw Chocolate
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 glass chilled full cream milk
- Chocolate syrup
- Ice cubes
HOW TO MAKE chocolate milk shake
quick steps :
- Take a blender.
- Put some raw chocolate, cocoa powder and sugar in the blender.
- And blend all the ingredients on high speed for a minute.
- Now add full cream milk, ice cubes and ice cream (optional) in the blender.
- Cover and again blend it on low speed for 15-20 seconds.
- Decorate the glasses with chocolate syrup.
- Pour the shake into glasses.
- Serve immediately.
BRIEF COOKING PROCESS :
Preparing: – Grate the raw chocolates and keep aside. Take 2 small bowl and put sugar and cocoa powder separately in it. Now, boil 2 glass full cream milk and keep aside to cool down. When the milk cools down, keep it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
Blending: – Take a blender and put grated raw chocolate, sugar and cocoa powder in it. Now cover it and blend it for a minute to mix it up. Add 2 glass full cream milk and ice cubes to it and blend it on high speed for a minute. You can also add vanilla or chocolate ice cream in the blender and blend it on low speed for 30 seconds to have a smooth consistency.
Garnishing: – This is the most exciting and the best part of this recipe. We can garnish milkshakes in many different ways and with different toppings. I garnished it with chocolate syrup. Take a glass and drizzle the insides of glasses with chocolate syrup. You can also drizzle it with caramel sauce also.
